Our Ice Cream is made right here. We try not to run out of your favorite flavors but, once in a while, the Penguins sneak out at night and eat up a flavor or two. Don’t worry! The popular flavors are replaced quickly.

While our Ice Cream contains only the finest ingredients it should be considered a treat food and a safe part of any healthy diet in moderation. Eating any treat requires common sense in daily intake. Don’t overeat any food product.

Every effort is made to reduce the possibility of peanuts or any nuts from being mixed with our Ice Cream. Even so, if you are allergic to peanuts or any other nut products or by-products you should not eat any product served here. We would love your business but your health comes first.

We pride ourselves on our cleanliness. If you see anything that concerns you about our store or any part of the process please let us know.

Annapolis is a wonderful community and we intend to be a good neighbor. When taking Ice Cream outside please be mindful to place all paper goods in one of the many containers along the city streets. Also be mindful of our business neighbors by not bringing food or drink into stores limiting such access.

Be considerate of the next guest. Please discard any used items in one of the many trash receptacles when you are done.

Ice Cream that gets custom mixed is intentionally allowed to become a bit softer in the process. This allows the item mixed in to become a more uniform part of the finished product If you prefer very hard Ice Cream consider pre-mixed flavors.

Substitutions and customization are always accommodated when possible. If, for example, you want more fudge or less whipped cream just ask. The only real limit is the size of the portion. Of course, cones have very limited options.

Be mindful of other customers and especially children. Many get pretty focused on the Ice Cream and might forget others are around.

We are located about midway up Main Street in Annapolis on the right side of the street. Our nearby neighbors include Joss and Cafe Normandie as well as Piccola Roma and Nano.
